FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What people ask before calling.

How much does it cost to work with STAC?

The alignment call is free. Commercial architecture costs MXN $25,000 for a small company (3 weeks), MXN $45,000 for mid-sized (6 weeks) and from MXN $75,000 for large or group; in all cases, the final 40% is paid only if you come out with clarity. Acceleration is quoted from the blueprint, with part of the fee tied to results.

Does STAC replace my sales team?

It leads it, organizes it and gives it a system. If you have no team yet, the blueprint tells you whether to hire one, outsource it, or have STAC run the whole operation. The decision comes from the numbers.

How are you different from a marketing agency?

An agency sells reach and gets paid for producing, however things go for you. STAC takes charge of turning that reach into customers: it integrates marketing and sales into one system and charges in line with results. If you already have an agency and it works, we integrate it into the system.

Do you work with companies outside Mérida?

Yes. We're based in Mérida and most of the work is remote. We operate in Yucatán, Cancún and southeastern Mexico, and work with companies in other regions when the commercial challenge fits. We work comfortably in English and Spanish.

What if my company doesn't qualify for acceleration yet?

We tell you on the call, with the reason, and point you toward what will help: a one-off consulting engagement, Ojos Frescos by Jorge Vales if the challenge is broader than sales, or Creer.vc if your company is a startup that still sells irregularly. And if you've already been through architecture and acceleration isn't the right fit, we won't leave you holding the blueprint: we'll guide you with direction and strategy so you can build it with your team or with whoever serves you best.

How much of my time does it take?

In commercial architecture, six two-hour sessions: one per week in the mid-sized version, two per week in the small one, plus the time to gather the information we ask for. In acceleration, one weekly follow-up meeting. STAC takes care of the rest; that's what it's for.

What information will you ask for?

For the call, what you fill in on the form. Before the session with Jorge, three data points under a confidentiality agreement: monthly sales for the last twelve months, average ticket, and who closes each sale. Financial statements come later, once we both decide to move forward.

Is my information safe? Can I hold part of it back?

Before any working session we sign a confidentiality agreement; what you tell us stays between your company and STAC. And yes, you can hold back whatever you want. The blueprint is only as good as our real knowledge of the company: the more we see, the more useful what we deliver will be.

Let's start with a conversation.
