What commercial consulting is, and what it isn't

Commercial consulting reviews how your company sells (strategy, structure, processes, systems, team) and hands you recommendations. The usual problem is that the consultant leaves and the recommendations stay in a document. At STAC the diagnosis is called commercial architecture, it delivers a blueprint instead of a report, and the next step is building it together.

Who it's for

Companies in southeastern Mexico that already sell, with two or more years in operation and annual sales of MXN $4 million or more, where the owner or general manager will be in the sessions. Professional services, B2B, distribution, manufacturing, technology. We operate in Mérida, Yucatán, Cancún and the southeast; most of the work is remote. We work in English and Spanish.

How STAC does it

Three steps. A free 30-minute alignment call to decide whether you qualify. Commercial architecture: six sessions in which we look at seven areas of the company and deliver the blueprint of how your commercial operation should work. And acceleration: we build the blueprint with you, with part of the fee tied to results.

What it costs

The call is free. Commercial architecture runs from MXN $25,000 (small company, three weeks) to MXN $45,000 (mid-sized, six weeks), and custom for groups. In all cases, 40% of the fee is only paid if you come out with clarity. Reference prices; on the call we'll see what you need.
